Snow

It snowed yesterday for the first time this season. That used to get me really excited, but now there's no incentive for snow. I don't get out of school and I don't get to go snowboard. Getting out of school stopped upon graduation in '05. Going snowboarding stopped when I realized my joints are too fragile for some of the more extreme sports. I've dislocated each shoulder while snowboarding, one resulted in a surgery that didn't fix me entirely.

I went paintballing with a group of guys that I'll call "extreme buddies." My main contacts with them are two of my friend's co-workers' husbands. In case you didn't follow that chain of ownership, its two coworkers of my friend that are friends with one another. Both married, to different people--the husbands are friends. They started a group to go mountain biking together. When the weather got cold, they started Paintballing. Every so often they even go running together. They adopted me into their group, and invited me to do paintball this past Sunday. It was lots of fun! I didn't get hit much (natural pro? beginner's luck? or just plain wimp?.. idk), but sure had fun.

Next Sunday is my birthday. I'm having a party. It's really a holiday/birthday party and I'm really looking forward to it!! If you're reading this and you know me, you were probably invited.

The holidays are right around the corner and I haven't done much shopping.

Well my conference call seems to be wrapping up, so I should get back to regular work. Gosh, work is going to suck a lot the next few weeks.

Oh, and before I forget, I was on TV this past Saturday at Richmond's Christmas Parade. I was on Henrico Co's float, which is odd because I live in Richmond.
